Regulators say use of cell phones by train operators may have been a factor in two California train accidents earlier this year prompting them to ban use of the devices by train crews. (Sept. 18)

    All they said was he was texting the same day of the crash. To avoid what hes being accused of, he would have to have refrained from using his texting service except for on the days he didnt drive the train.

He killed a pedestrian only 16 days earlier. Why was this man still driving trains? What was his motivation to text young boys while at work? Some of these questions may never be answered, but we can speculate…
