SMS ringtones

Nokia originally developed SMS to send short text messages between cell phones. Cell phones also use this technic to receive and send non-text information like graphics and ringtones. An sms ringtone can be sent to the phone via sms.

    Ringtones?
    I go under cellular one and I have text messaging, but no internet for my phone. Are there any sites where I can get free ringtones that you don't need to use the internet browser on your phone to download them?
